If the contact persons on this website receive e-mail from you (e.g. via a registration form for events), it is assumed that we are also entitled to reply by e-mail. Otherwise, another form of communication (e.g. by telephone) would have to be considered.

Data storage - Log files

When you access our website, the access data is recorded in a log file (server log file) and temporarily stored for at least 3 months and a maximum of 6 months in order to ensure the general functionality of the services and to be able to trace them in the event of attacks (security reasons). User profiles are not created. The following data is stored for each access: IP address of the Internet service provider, time stamp, call method, URL called, protocol, server status response, scope of data transmitted to the inquirer, reference URL (if available), browser specification (type/version), error messages, if applicable.

The stored personal data will not be used for statistical purposes. These data are not passed on to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes. The data from the log file is not combined with any other stored data that may result from the provision of personal data in the context of further offers on this website.

You cannot be directly identified from the IP number in the log file. This is excluded. The IP address is only evaluated in the case of attacks on the Internet infrastructure of the website, offences against morality and other illegal actions in connection with the use of the Internet offer. A conclusion from the IP number to your person is only possible through your dial-in provider through a police or public prosecutor's investigation.

When personal data is requested on this website, this is always clearly visible and open. Only those data are requested which are necessary for the respective request. We treat the data confidentially and use them only within the framework of data protection law for the purposes for which they were collected. If a storage of your personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address) is necessary for the information service used, your data will only be stored for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the offer or the tasks of the contact persons of the website for which the data was collected. Upon termination of an offer or by cancellation of an information offer (e.g. newsletter distribution list) by the users, the personal data will be irrevocably deleted after a maximum of 6 weeks.

Analysis Tool

Furthermore, this server log data is evaluated for the optimization of the website and the analysis with the tool "AWStats", which creates overviews based on the data of the server log files, e.g. of the number of requests, downloads, computer operating systems/browsers used for defined periods of time. These evaluations are not combined with other data sources - in particular with personal data. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The data collected via "AWStats" is stored and is used exclusively for internal evaluation of the usage behaviour of the website www.energetische-biomassenutzung.de

The analysis application Google Analytics is expressly not used.

Use of cookies

This website can also be used without the use of cookies.

This website (Content Management System cms typo3) uses a technically helpful cookie (so-called session cookies) for some functions (e.g. for the organization of buffering of dynamic content, login forms and dynamic lists). Session cookies are small pieces of information that a provider stores in the main memory of the visitor's computer. A randomly generated unique identification number, a so-called session ID, is stored in a session cookie. A cookie also contains information about its origin and the storage period. This cookie cannot store any other data. The session cookie used is deleted when the session is ended - i.e. when you close the browser window or open another page.

However, cookies can also be deactivated by the user of the website via the browser settings without restricting the function of the non-interactive areas of the site.

However, in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website (e.g. forms).

On our website, the following cookie is set for anonymous users via the domain "energetische-biomassenutzung.de"; the cookie is used as a session cookie (which is deleted when the browser is closed):

  • fe_typo_user", creation date (automatically when using website functions), until the end of the browser session

In order to inform the user appropriately within the scope of the current data protection guidelines, our website uses a cookie banner. Even without clicking the button "agree" every user can navigate freely on our website. If the user agrees by a click, a cookie ("tx_cookies_hidden") is set for the duration of 5 days, in order to no longer display the banner for this time and this user after approval. After 5 days the cookie will be deleted automatically. After the expiry of the cookie validity, the user can again decide whether he gives his consent.

If the user uses an area necessary for editing, further cookies are used, which are used for authentication. However, this should be unintentionally unavailable for a web user.

A combination of these data with further stored data, which arise with the access to this web page, as well as with the use of other offers, which requires an indication of personal data for the respective purpose, does not take place.

Integration of third-party services

Our website does not use automatic plugins ("Plugins") to integrate external "social" networks such as facebook, twitter, Xing, Google+, LinkedIn. These plugins serve the purpose of providing you with "share" and interaction possibilities with your contacts via these networks, and in order to be able to easily distribute interesting information, the corresponding logos are linked via the so-called 2-click solution, so that no unwanted data transfer to them takes place during a mere visit to our website.

Only when you click on a logo, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the respective network in a new window. Via the link the address to be shared is transmitted to the respective network and integrated into its website. If these networks are based outside the EU or the EEA, we cannot therefore exclude the possibility that your data may be transferred to a server outside the EU/EEA and processed there. We have no influence on the extent and the period of use of the data that the respective network collects with the help of this plugin and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge:

If you do not want the network to collect information about your visit to other websites, you must log out first. In principle, however, it is possible that the network may obtain and store your IP address even though you have not registered there or are not logged in. We also have no information on the deletion of the data collected by the plug-in provider.

The legal basis for the use of the share links is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f EU-DSGVo. The purpose, duration and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of your data as well as your relevant rights and setting options for the protection of your privacy can be found in the data protection information of the respective social networks.
