When MESSE C opens its doors to NutriFair 2019 on 16 January, a major international bioenergy conference is expected to attract up to 250 participants.
The conference is open to all and is part of the Interreg initiative, which supports and promotes cooperation across EU borders. At the conference Danish and foreign experts will give their take on the biogas sector of the future.
The conference is being held in collaboration with Aalborg University’s Energy Section in Esbjerg, which is the lead partner in the Large Scale Bioenergy Lab2 research project, funded by the Interreg5a programme. The collaborators include Hochschule Flensburg, Roskilde University (RUC), Vejen Municipality, Organic Denmark (Økologisk Landsforening) and a list of companies with expertise in the field.
The conference will take place on Wednesday 16 January in MESSE C Fredericia at 10 am to 6 pm in the Bioenergy Division at NutriFair in hall D.
The day will be divided into four themes: treating biomasses, biogas production, recycling residual biomass and integration of wind and solar energy in the biogas platform.
