Online Expert Workshop Series: AVARE – Adding Value in Resource Effective food systems

The European project AVARE “Adding VAlue in Resource Effective food systems” is nearing the end. In almost 3 years, the bioprocess engineering lab at TU Berlin and our research partners from northern Europe and Germany worked on the questions how to minimize food waste in the out-of-home catering sector and how to valorise non-avoidable food waste.

Towards the end of this project, it is time to discuss the main topics and results of our research. Therefore, we would like to invite you to our online expert workshop series in February and March.
All the workshops evolve around food waste but show the diverse methodologies and viewpoints of this broad topic. The workshops include international experts to discuss our results, connect and compare their views.
