Leipzig, March 10, 2016 - Technical development is progressing. Repowering of the existing biogas plants for the energy turnaround is necessary. The BMWi-funded project "Repowering - measures to increase the efficiency of existing plants" has compiled the possibilities for optimisation and the costs of repowering on the basis of a comprehensive data analysis of more than 1,800 biogas plants.
